We welcome Katherine C.H.E to today’s episode! Katherine shares so many practical exercises and great conversation on building confidence.
Katherine grew up in Nashville, Tennessee in a house full of music. Singing and playing music were a part of her life from a very early age, and she developed her love of music singing around the campfire an in home-spun song circles in private homes. By thirteen, Katherine was writing a lot of songs, but she lacked the confidence to pursue performing. A few years ago, Katherine’s love of music resurfaced, and she realized that if she didn’t do it now, she probably never would, so she dropped everything else she was doing and dedicated herself to music. Since that time, she has performed in all the great venues in the Hamptons and many in New York City and up and down the East Coast. She has taught voice and performance one on one and offered numerous music education programs for libraries and other educational institutions. She is a published author, published vocal artist and has hosted a television show “Music in the Hamptons”.
As many have done during these pandemic years, Katherine pivoted in her efforts and is now spending time as a confidence and beauty expert, and speaker (most recently at Virtual Go Pro 2021 in Las Vegas to 70,000 people worldwide).
