Statistically, the victim leaves and goes back to their abusive relationship 7 times. You don’t have to become that statistic.

You can leave and not go back. It’s important that you do this so you can give yourself the chance to thrive, so your children can have a chance at knowing what a healthy and loving relationship resembles, away from the abuse they’ve been witnessing. Next week, I’m going to talk about the effects domestic violence is having on your children.

This week’s topic, Why Do I Keep Attracting Abusive Relationships?  will be tough to listen to, because you may become triggered by some of the content, but it is necessary to help you understand some of the choices you’ve made.
