I remember a moment so clearly in my former life.
I was working as an Account Manager for a cosmetic manufacturing company, working long hours and weekends.
It was high pressure and fast paced.
And I remember the moment when I thought to myself – would it really matter if this eyeliner wasn’t delivered on time.
Like, would it REALLY matter to the world?!
My deep desire for meaning and to make an impact was starting to become more apparent.
But what I hadn’t yet realised was that I could work in a way that benefited everyone.
Think about it.
We spend about a third of our lives at work, and for some of us a fair majority of the rest of our waking hours thinking about work too.
