Vumile Msweli is founder of Hesed Consulting, a Pan-African coaching firm with presence in Botswana; South Africa; Rwanda; Nigeria and the United States of America. She has successfully lead her teams globally remotely and been able to effectively adapt during these unprecedented times of the pandemic whilst growing the business.
She is the voice behind the world of work with Vumi careers feature on Botswana’s Duma FM as well as South Africa’s Kaya FM. She has been featured on international media outlets including CNBC Africa, Business Day (Nigeria), and ENCA (Ghana).Vumi has travelled to over 55 countries and worked for reputable companies all over the world such as Barclays and Vodafone.
She holds an Accounting Sciences degree, Honours in Financial Planning, postgraduate from New York University, a MBA from the University of London and is currently studying her Doctorate in Switzerland. She recently graduated from Harvard with a teachers certificate.
Vumi specialises in helping her students move from Stuck to Acceleration in their careers.In the online space, Vumi is a career coach and recently completed the Career Accelerator Programme with over 30 students around the world - the first of its kind.
Vumi is also a serial entrepreneur with her coaching business, public speaking, and bottle stores.
