Thulebona Mhlanga is the Managing Director (MD) of a bespoke writing and communications consulting firm Funda Nathi. Funda Nathi was born from her extensive 10 years of writing experience across various subject areas such as politics, social sciences, business, economics, and finance. Whilst she is a professional stakeholder relation by day, Thulebona practices as a freelance writer across business, finance, social science and current affairs.
As a former journalist working for top media companies like the Mail & Guardian and eNCA , Her fervor for communication, strategy, policy development and project coordination propelled to branching a new component in her business, introducing business opportunities in stakeholder engagement and management which she has been running for two years. She has worked with various organisations across the private sector and government as well as SMME’s providing governance and advisory support.
Thulebona is also practices as a life coach since 2017 through her personal development organisation — Epiphany business born from her passion to help other find solutions and actualise the highest versions of themselves.
Her academic background includes holding a BA (hons) in Public Management in Governance, a BA in Development Studies from the University of Johannesburg and is currently reading for her Masters in Politics.
