Having worked in the ICT, FMCG & Financial Sector industries, Lerato holds 12years’ experience within the field of Procurement, Supply Chain Management & facilitation across the continent.
Her expertise has solidified her passion within this field, affording her the accolades of being known and recognised as a seasoned specialist with extensive knowledge and acumen.
In her journey towards becoming a skilled professional, she has attained a BCom Honours in Strategic Management & is a notable sought after speaker and MC with past experience amongst professional platforms like, Smart Procurement, Procurementor, African Women in Supply Chain.
Subsequent, to her leading the change in the industry, in 2017 Lerato was nominated as one of the Top 3 best performing Women in ICT Awards. 2021, has seen her being recognised as one of the top 18 exemplary female Supply Chain Practitioners in Africa.
