In this episode I’m talking about growing our businesses to a place where they can stand on their own, where they become a separate entity to our personal selves, where they can grow in impact beyond the limits of our person. It is in this way that our businesses facilitate the freedom, flexibility, and fulfilment we desire.

We need to allow our businesses to grow into their own entity that is separate to us. An entity that has its own energy and its own purpose.”

We need to be in our business but we need to be able to move around and not get tangled up, not get stuck in it. We need to be able to move freely around our business when we're in it. We need to be able to move out of our business and look all around it from lots of different perspectives.”
