This episode is from a livestream series I did last year called Let Your Intuition Lead. The second in the series is for those of us with bleeding wombs, who are connected to our intuition in a beautiful moonthly cycle that gets louder and louder as our cycle progresses. I share how we can use this cycle to connect deeper with our intuition despite a lifetime of being told it’s wrong.
“It's really important for us to not spend another few 100 years trapped outside of the very natural cycle that our bodies are going through. We have a reminder every day that our body is trying to speak to us every single month. Yet we've been taught that it's wrong. That it's not normal. That we can't trust ourselves. We can't trust how we're feeling. We can't honor how we're feeling. We should be feeling differently.”
“We’re going to feel angry, we're going to be moody, we're going to feel bitter and frustrated and annoyed and irritated. Because we are noticing all of the things in the world, in our life, the things on a daily basis, that are out of alignment for us. The things that we want to change, the things that we want to be different, the things that we want to improve.”
“Cycle by cycle, month by month, without doing anything you are connecting into your intuition, connecting into the wisdom that you have available to you. When we leverage the energies you have through your cycle we can make relatively effortless changes in our lives to align the life that you're living right now to the dreams that you have.”

If you desire to connect deeper with your intuition I would love for you to join me for my very first Women’s Circle event on Tuesday 2 August (replay available).
Connect with your Intuition is for anyone who…
I’ll be sharing about how to listen and hear your intuition, how to know what’s NOT your intuition, and how to process what your intuition shares so you can act on this guidance. Throughout the session we’ll be practicing connecting with our intuition through guided practices that you can use and replay whenever you need.
