On this episode I’m talking about the hate-hate relationship I’ve had with daily habits my whole life. First it was because I could never “make” myself stick to them and then it was a FU to a society built around men who have a daily hormone cycle when, as a woman, I have a monthly hormone cycle.
Over the past month I’ve redefined and reestablished my relationship with commitment, committing to consistent action, daily action, weekly action. It’s not WHAT I’m doing that matters, it’s HOW I’m doing it. How I’m approaching daily habits now has made all the difference.
