Description

I talk to the UK's Master Coach 2019/20 about the music that has defined periods of his life.

We kick off discussing how we can use music to change our state & then we dive straight into getting stuck in life. How it's easy to blame everyone else before looking in the mirror. Only when enough is enough, can we go about setting up a new life. And then, that can only happen when we realise nobody is coming to save us and we are willing to DO THE WORK!!

Testament to the fact that doing the work pays off, we also discuss the song that Paul alluded to being the entry song for an 'event' he was yet to announce. We recorded the podcast in April 21. Seven months later, Paul stepped onto stage in Newcastle to a sold out one man theatre show to this song. Find out what that is and why it gets him "Pumped".

He also talks about future aspirations for a book in supermarkets, tv appearances and offers advice for any ladies with doubts about appearing on the #JFDI Podcast :) Oh, he also tells me who he'd like on his podcast too.

We touch on world championship boxing, Anthony Crolla, Ricky Burns, Miguel Cotto, the forces 'dark' sense of humour, Ollie & Jay from SAS Who Dares Wins.

We chat family holidays (and the decision to overcome his fear of flying), The Voice (not him personally) and a charity walk he did following the death of a close friend.

We talk learning from our past, what we want to achieve from looking back and the importance of how we frame our reality and ambitions. It's a banger!
