Nellie Apostolova is an Enlightenment and Embodiment teacher, based in Spain.
From Eastern Gurus to Neuroscience; Human Behaviour therapies and Embodiment
practices, Nellie has dedicated the last 20 years in examining and discovering the potential
of the Human Being. Her mission is to help people expand their Consciousness, heal deeply
and become liberated from conditioning and energetic blocks.
She had a Full Kundalini Awakening (Enlightenment) at the age of 33 and describes it as the
most exquisite and sublime human experience; a continuous state of infinite expansion, love
and unity with life and oneself.
Her spiritual journey started at the age of 15 where she found herself depressed, suicidal
and overwhelmed by the challenges of life. At the same time she was opening up for new
insights and was having profound spiritual experiences. In contrast to the spiritual peace,
she found herself in the grip of active addiction. She discovered recovery in the 12 Steps
Programmes. The healing journey was unravelling past trauma and conditioning; helping her
integrate her spiritual experiences and find her place in the world. Her healing process took
her through tantra and kundalini meditations; devotional singing and painting mandalas; self
enquiry and embodied practices. She came to Full Kundalini Awakening through Shaktipat,
which is where the Divine descends upon in order to merge one with Unity Consciousness.
Nellie believes this is the peak of the human being and that we are all looking for this
wholeness and fulfilment, whether we are conscious of it or not. She sees Full Kundalini
Awakening or Enlightenment as completely possible and available to all, who are open to
receive Grace. She teaches that our human pain comes from the contracted kundalini
energy in the body and that by expanding it, we find relief, inner authority, wholeness and
freedom from suffering.
Her revolutionary programme Elevate: Your journey to Enlightenment is designed to facilitate
a real, deep and embodied expansion of consciousness; enlightenment and fulfilment.
Combining energy work and embodiment, her methods are highly effective, relieving others
from endless spiritual seeking and continuous need for healing. Weaving gentleness and
fierceness, she is able to pierce through one's limitations and shake off the prisons that
people built for themselves.
As well as healing with love and compassion, she awakens the fiery and the wild. She helps
people integrate their spiritual experiences, alings them with their human design, purpose
and authority.

spiritual journey. Relaxing the nervous system, while bursting through trauma and fear;
leaving one in a space of Unity, Bliss and Empowerment.
