Today we're speaking with Frank Ravis. Originally from New York, these days Frank spends most of his time in Pai, a small hill town in the north of Thailand. He's trained in cob construction - building houses from organic elements, is an expect in permaculture having trained at Spiral Ridge Permaculture in the US, and he owns New Dawn Earth Homes. Frank and his wife Eve also own and run Le Eve de Pai, house of wine. A wine bar & restaurant well worth visiting if you are ever in Pai. It's also where Frank & I had our chat.
