In this episode I invited my long time yogi friend from the Satyananda Yoga Academy,  Mark Purser to discuss the difference between the practice of yoga and meditation. He is the founder of Bamboo Yoga Byron, graduate of Diploma in Yogic studies from the Satyananda Yoga Academy / Bihar School of Yoga and a registered Meditation Teacher currently offering Meditation Teacher Training to empower modern yogis with the tools for well being and self-discovery.

- What exactly is the difference between yoga and meditation? (This question needed to be brought up since there is so much confusion out there, especially among those that "MEDITATE")
