This episode is the first of a series I am starting on the podcast where I invite people on who are brave, vulnerable and willing to show up and tell their stories of hurt, pain, triumph, joy, vulnerability and everything in between. My hope is that as we share our stories it will become evident that we are all more alike than different. We all have similar shame spirals, triggers, and wounds. I hope compassion and community is built with these stories.
