This week I had the privilege of interviewing Janeissy Armstrong, embodiment practitioner. She walks us through the healing nature of breath work and all that it can unveil. Bio: Janeissy Armstrong in an embodiment practitioner that combines yoga, dance, meditation and breath work to foster a grounding energy, flow, self-love & awareness on and off the mat. Loves coffee so much that she owns an awesome Cafe called Rooted Café. Obsessed with family time, avocado toasts, pizza, matcha lattes and time in nature. Her certifications include RYT200, Rebirthing breath work, dance and embodiment & Trauma Sensitive Practitioner (in progress).
