This week on Flamingo Sundays we have the general manager of the new age commercial agency “Commercial Collective” Dane has 12 years of property expertise, working with leading super funds, private developers and managed property funds with a speciality in high-density residential development marketing and advisory roles on CBD and city fringe projects. Dane has lent his considerable expertise to more than $2.5 billion in projects including multi-stage developments, large master-planned developments, mixed use projects and boutique projects.
Dane previously held the position of Director at a global real estate agency, with almost 1,000 transactions completed over his last three years. He is responsible for the successful sale of some of the region’s more recent high-density residential developments.
