Episode 52 features a conversation with Ivy Wren. She starts by giving some background on herself and her spiritual journey. She shares what drew her to the Baha’i faith and explains some of its core principles and teachings. She discusses how meditation and art therapy has supported her mental health and spiritual awareness, as well as pushed her to want to be a meditation and art teacher. We talk about some of the benefits of sounds healing and she describes some of the instruments that she plays in her sessions. We dive into some of the beautiful ways that forest bathing and making nature mandalas has helped in her healing process.
