The town of East Millinocket was rocked in the summer of 1980, when Joyce Marie McLain went missing only to be discovered two days later. Thus began a 38 year investigation to find the evidence to pin on the killer. In all this is a mother who will not sit around for the police to do their job, but does it for them.
