‼️I am a 52-year-old man who served in the military for 14 years, experiencing 1800 combat days. ‼️Despite my war wounds and 14 fractures, I am still continuing to attend the gym 6 days a week.
‼️I dedicated two days to boxing, and I continue to compete in boxing tournaments however winning is becoming increasingly challenging but I appreciate the challenges oh I do.
‼️I acknowledge that even being 52 years old I can do better and more when it comes to my health or losing few kilos, no question ask.
‼️However one thing I've learned over the years is that exercise is necessary and beneficial, especially if you choose the right reasons for it.
