How often do you hear word resilience?!

No doubt that past two years offered all of us lessons on resilience, of course each of us know how well resilient we are or not.

Resilience is the topic of today podcast episode and would like to sharewith you that this episode is based on my personal experience, drawn
from my latest book “Blood Soaked Soil” and today I would like to share with you that you, them, me and all of us are resilient!

How do I know this?

Let me start with highlighting over marketed word “resilience”.

We all can see, read or hear from motivational speakers, gurus, business and life coaches that they can teach us about resilience.

Fascinating advertisement You can be thought how to be resilient. I am still trying to understand that statement.

Resilience it is not something you can learn. No. Period.

Resilience is the act of courag. Act when you or anyone else face the adverse situation or obstacle and there is no one who can hold your handand remove obstacles and guide you through adversity. No.

It is upon you. It is the moment which defines you. It is your internal engine, heart, brain, senses who determine what next you will do.

Draw your courage, face the obstacle, push forward or you will make step back and let someone else do job for you.

If you believe I was born with courage, No. I was not. If you believe I was bravest in the war, No. I was not.

But what I learned from those events, war, abandonment, being bullied, laughed at was that I have something what others don’t have. Courage.

Courage to face adversity, not to bow to people who ridiculed me, instead I pushed forward.

I pushed forward even when there is was almost no chance I will survive combat face to face with my enemy during war.

Resilience. How do you can learn resilience in workshop or via webinar. You will not. You will be given great words, analysis and padding on shoulders with awesome selfies upon you complete course on resilience.

Resilience has been spoken by many, but no many spoke about because they are facing obstacles every day and they use their courage to build resilience.

Al what I can say to you is that all of you are most resilient when you are most vulnerable. Use the courage inside you and build your own resilience, no one else will.

Don’t forget. Resilience is act of Courage. You are either born with courage or you build your own. That no one can teach you or give you.

I do have question for you, Do you believe you can learn about resilience in class room? Do you have courage to face adversity, obstacles and life threatening situations?
