Description

Goes without saying that cyber attack on #Optus created waves of uncertainty and problems for customers, not Optus. 

Optus had one job and job only and that is to protect customers identity however allegedly hacker "stumbled" upon Optus  and by stumbling on Optus weak #cyber protection 11.2 millon customers data was stolen, shouldn't happen but it did.

It was left upon customers to find the way to protect their #identity, documents,addresses and list goes on.
