Today I would like to talk about courage.
In past few days I start receiving chapters of my latest book “What is the true price of Freedom” and as soon I started to read edited copy.
Suddenly past of my days in was started to catching up with me, bringing all those negative emotions and fears.
Question is how many books are there talking about how to deal with fear? Videos, movies, public speakers?
Point is that we all register fear in different ways and that is NORMAL.
Was I most courageous man in war?
No, I wasn’t either no one next to me, and trust me there were days when I was so much afraid and did do praying to survive one more day.
What did change?
I learned to live with fear, to tame the fear and control my mind.
Question I have for you is “How courageous you are in both life and business? Fear is a real emotion, but it is only a feeling.
Fear is real and anyone who says opposite, well, you can send him to my direction.
We can decide what it means to be courageous in this situation if, for instance, we are afraid of speaking in front of others on social media and, specifically, of being made fun of as a result.
The capacity to face our anxieties and act in spite of them is a core part of courage.
Success stories happen when we identify a challenge and turn it into an opportunity. Only we are able to change our lives. The way business leaders handle fear is similar.
Courage is the decision that something else is more important than fear instead of the absence of fear.
Start transforming yourself into a brave leader right away if you want to be a leader who wants to change the course of history eave a mark, or make a difference. It takes practice to develop courage, it is not natural.
"The courageous may not live forever, but the cautious never live at all"...
