Who is healing the healers?
How often do we hear the words, " be kind, be motivated, be inspired"?
I had the tremendous opportunity and honour to interview Dr Miriam Zylberglait Lisigurski a.k.a. Dr Z.
Dr Z shared in her interview how little is needed to make people happy, how one hug can heal, and that 60% of doctors in the US suffer from burnout and exhaustion .
One of my questions to Dr Z was, "OK if you are helping all of us who are in need of care and medical assistance, who is taking care of you?"
Dr Z replied that all we need to do is be kind to medical staff and doctors, that will make a big difference.
Dr Z soon will soon release her book "3G Cycle of Life" and I asked Dr Z why, as a book writer, do you need mentors? Dr Z replied that we all need emotional education, hence, why mentors are necessary.
At the end Dr Z had message for us all - "Being kind to others means you are kind to yourself"
Thank you all, Mario.
