Learned a lot talking to Daniel Kogan of Excel Hero today. Daniel was originally a data analyst but now is teaching 1000's of German speakers how they can use Excel to increase the revenue of their businesses and automate their work.
- We need to be focused on the result we're trying to achieve and look for improving the process that gets us here
- "Automating" does not only apply to technology and work, even using a laundromat vs doing laundry ourselves is creating a system
- You do not need to master everything, but having awareness (and potentially coming back to go deeper) can help us solve problems
