Listen in to this powerful interview with my friend, Catherine Gauthier from the Come to France with me podcast.
I am grateful to bring you this episode to you! We recorded this interview back in November as we dscussed all that we are thankful for in life. This compelling interview progresses as Catherine shares her personal life journey that is full of adventure and finding her purpose to share love and joy in the world. As an expat, she found herself moving to the US at the young age of 24, having never stepped foot on American soil before. It was her fascination with the english language that drew her here initally.
Come to France with me was born out of Catherine's passion for culture, humanity, adventure and gratitude with her bi-cultural life. You will also learn about the challenges she has faced in her life with love, divorce, financial loss, depression and a family death. Throughout this episode, Catherine weaves in numerous golden nuggets of wisdom and incredible inspiration to teach us how to continue to step forward in our lives, do hard things, and find gratitude each day. You will hear her articulate kindness, compassion and love for humanity with her beautiful heart and french accent.
Catherine also studied with Vinnie Fararro, a mindfulness teacher in San Franscisco, and Co-founder of the Dharma Punx. His famous saying, "Right now, it's like this," had a huge impact on her life. Read more about Vinnie Farraro and the Dharm Punx here.
