Gemma Hallett the founder and Chief Mobiliser at miFuture, meets Sian Hartsill of Prince’s Trust Cymru. Sian is passionate about supporting young people in nurturing their confidence and employability. She is keen to work in partnership with schools, colleges and other provision to reach those in education and furthest from the labour market. We touch on her transition from the corporate world to the third sector, how organisations in Wales can push on together and how GenZ need that human interaction and support.
