In this episode I discuss yoga and specifically with fellow yoga instructor Gail Grossman. Gail, is Yoga Educator, Author & Guide. Considered a teacher of teachers she has been sharing the gift of yoga for decades and she was one of my original mentors when I was do my yoga instructor training. We talk about her yoga journey, from teaching kids to adults, opening a yoga studio, starting a teacher training, writing a book on restorative yoga, the importance of restorative yoga for everyone, and much more.
