Anxiety stinks. Plain and simple. I have struggled with anxiety for years and I know that I am not alone. I talk often with friends who are dealing with anxiety too. Anxiety robs us of our joy and forces us to carry pressure that we aren’t meant to pack around.

Today on the podcast, I am opening up about my struggle with anxiety, and how my counselor helped me realize that perfectionism was actually fueling my anxiety. There aren’t any quick fixes or easy answers. I still deal with anxiety, but I am thankful to have tools that help me not land flat on my face (as often).

On this episode, I'll tell you about “10 Signs That You May Be Struggling with Performance-Driven Anxiety” that I've discovered in my life. Think of these as a “check engine light” in your car that can help you change directions in hopes of preventing further damage.

I will also share “Eleven Practices To Help You When You Experience Performance-Driven Anxiety.” Eleven because… hello… There needs to be more helpful practices than warning signs! :)
