Wassup, badass hunky dudes!
Back this week with another Shakespearean adaptation, 2006's She's The Man starring teen romcom queen, Amanda Bynes. Perhaps the most iconic of all Bynes' films (Shane may beg to differ), there is so much to love: a makeover scene feat. a gay bff who may or may not be at TAFE, an unrealistic switcheroo, a discussion of cheese, Eunice but not Channing Tatum (sorry everyone). Prepare your ears for the repeating of many one liners, a discussion on whether you'd take the hit for your (hypothetical) twin and do a term in disguise and who would play our twins in a film. We also chat about Bynes' gender dysphoria in playing Viola/Sebastian and if Viola was the feminist icon we needed in 2006?
