WE ARE BACK AND LIVE READY FOR WEEK 8 OF THE CFB SEASON! We ran through the wild weekend of upsets and thrillers including Tennessee defeating Alabama for the first time in 16 years, Michigan rolling through Penn State in the Big House, and Utah capping off a hallmark victory against the USC Trojans. Hopping into our Notable L's and Close W's, the Chanticleers of Coastal Carolina suffer their first defeat of the season to Old Dominion, Notre Dame falling to a lowly Stanford team, Syracuse cruising to 6-0 for the first time since the 1980's etc. In the ever-so changing world of CFB news, we discussed how it was a bad weekend to be an undefeated team as 6 giants fell from grace, a dive into the Tennessee-Alabama rivalry and the aftermath in Knoxville, a huge NIL deal for Shedeur Sanders with TB12, the two tragic deaths of Mississippi State OT Sam Westmoreland and San Jose State RB Camdan Mcwright, a history lesson on the Dakota Marker Rivalry, and some news on a potential push for college football expansion sooner then 2026! To cap it all off we discussed some of the must-see matchups in CFB this weekend followed by my picks!
