And he also gives us a throat chakra mantra that will help us integrate all of the current light codes coming in. I demonstrated as he tells me how to do it. You put two fingers to your throat chakra and you say the following words, " Thlia Ah Kha" three times minimum and this will give you a feeling of liquid light pouring through your nervous system protecting your bones and your nervous system as you go up in vibration.
