Intro: A discussion on the four levels of forgiveness. Number one is to forgive others no matter what they've done to you. Number two is to ask for forgiveness from other people when you have wronged them. Number three is to ask God to forgive you and finally, number 4 is to forgive yourself. Conversation about a discussion I had with a Mormon lady that has prompted this level of insight. I felt her pain, it was palpable.. her guilt over every little thing she's ever done in her life and she's been carrying this baggage forever because she was unable to forgive herself and I felt it. So hopefully, this will help you unravel some negative things that came out of religion from your childhood and help you reach a new level of spiritual insight and understanding of what forgiveness is, how it works and how you can let go of all your baggage and just leave it at the curb, Baby! because that's what you deserve: a life that is clear and pure and filled with love. After you've forgiven everything and you've released all your guilt. God is the all Knower and you are the Experiencer.. so why would you spend your time experiencing a lifetime of guilt for every little thing? To me, this is one of the biggest sins. Because you're hurting God everyday when you do this, not to mention yourself.

This was published and sold by advanced thought publishing company in 1908 but was originally published in 1907.
