Intro: A discussion on forgiveness of self and others and why it's necessary to achieve true inner peace and happiness. Why you and the world deserves this, but people in your life that hurt you on purpose (or continue to do so) don't necessarily deserve your forgiveness. Why you still must forgive them (silently) and how you can. You don't forgive them because they deserve it, you forgive them because you need the inner peace. Why sometimes it's hard to forgive people that hurt you, you must determine if they accidently hurt you or if it wasn't their original intentions. This assessment makes the process of forgiveness easier. Why some things do not need forgiveness if it's in a soul contract and it was fulfilled already. As in the case of people rejecting you if your life theme is rejection so you turn to God and spiritually, for example.
