First half: Tonight I go over Ascension Symptoms, the Ascension Scale 92 and the Schumann resonance news: calm. Then I talk extensively on some new symptoms including skeletal and muscular pain and especially bad headaches that cannot get better through medicine, 'old' people coming back into your life that have not fit there for a very long time. Is it a test? A test of your will or a measuring stick to see how far you've come? In the second half I explore the life of Henry David Thoreau, an American poet, essayist, transcendentalist, etc. I read several quotes and a passage from one of his essays, A walk in Winter and several of his poems.
