David does the WIM HOF METHOD for 5 days. On day 2 David gets HIGH ON HIS OWN SUPPY of oxygen and then shivers, screams, shouts and eventually deep breaths his way through a 1.5 MINUTE COLD SHOWER ... soul searching for a HORMESIS of the body and spirit.
