Description

Extracurriculars = organized student activities connected with school that occur outside of typical school hours. Examples: athletics, performing arts, social clubs, etc.

This week's 8th grade hosts, Ava and Dinora partner up to interview classmates Katelyn, Kayla, and Venny. The students take on the topic of extracurricular activities in teenage life. Specific focus points include the benefits from activities outside of the academic day, mental health and personal growth, social health and the impact of coaches and teammates, the usefulness of failure, volunteer work, and transferring skills and life lessons to future endeavors.

Tune in soon as our other two hosts, Julius and Saif, take over with a new topic and a new set of guests. Make sure to subscribe to keep up to date on our podcast episodes as we wrap up the 2022-2023 school year!
