Dillon worked in the military as a firefighter. He got into entrepreneurship when he met a guy who now is his dearest friend, he showed him his property and that is when he decided to get into real-estate.
He strongly believes that having a great mentor would surely make it easier to succeed. He also mentions that if you want to achieve something then you should be working with the people from that background which would make it easier to to pursue your goals. According to him it's not easy to make a life out of real-estate because one should put in a lot of discipline, hard work, dedication and also meet many many people for various things such as for suggestions, marketing, etc.
