Since Cesar was a child, he had this thing stick in his mind that he wanted to be an entrepreneur. Although, he started his journey as an architect which further helped him in the real estate industry. He strongly believes that "one should be brave enough to desire to not be an employee and have a mindset of giving something to the world-which is what entrepreneurship is all about" in his terms.
Cesar is one of the most disciplined men I have ever interacted with. The way he thinks and treats people is just so down to earth. He is a person with excellent skill of "delivering the right speech at the right time."
