Our guest is a legendary CIA paramilitary and operations officer Enrique “Ric” Prado.
Ric arrived in the United States as a refugee from Cuba. His parents sent him to the US to escape Castro’s Cuba. Ric dedicated himself in service to his county in many capacities starting off as a member of the US Air Force’s elite Para Rescue unit (PJ’s). After his tour with the PJ’s, Ric began a successful 24-year career in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
During his tenure at the CIA, Ric was involved in many operations, including counter-terrorism, and other dangerous special missions around the world. Ric ended his CIA career as a highly decorated senior leader in the Agency (Senior Intelligence Service) Let us dive in and talk about the leadership DNA of a CIA officer.
