Description

n business, values are two-fold. You have the values that define an organization. Values at this level serve to show the spectrum of stakeholders - both internal and external - what the organization is about. They also tend to influence the culture and climate of the workplace. You then have the values that define you as an individual. Values on this level underpin and guide our decision-making and behaviors. We’re content and without conflict - both internally and externally - when we stick close to our own and our organization’s values. We are also able to lead with greater clarity around who we are and what vision we’re working towards when we lead with our values.  In today's episode, we welcome our guest Ron Worman, Ron spent 30 years designing, managing, and executing highly successful business models for start-ups as well as Fortune 1000 companies, Worman, founded The Sage Group® in 2002. he also led the development of ‘The Path to ValueTM, the Sage methodology for helping business owners and their executive team design and execute a highly predictable strategic value plan while driving competitive advantage.

Ron Worman has emerged as a thought leader in strategic value positioning for companies and markets. He has developed worldwide corporate strategies, as well as highly focused regional market strategies.
