Our February Interview is with Sharmaine Lovegrove. Sharmaine is the co-founder, managing director and publisher of Dialogue, a division of Hachette UK. She was the recipient of the Future Book Publishing Person of the year in 2018 and has also worked in television, PR, as a literary editor and bookshop owner. She is founding editor of the Black Writer’s Guild.
