From a user point of view, technology appears simple and so do the issues. Its Facebook which is down or the Wi-Fi isnt working. The truth however is much more complex and involves several interconnected technologies and solutions, all working together to make things seem simple, so when things dont work it is often far from simple to resolve the situation.
