Today, burnout has essentially become inevitable. We live in a capitalistic society that continuously demands more and more from us no matter how drained we are. If you've ever felt alone in your burnout, know that it is an exceptionally common experience. It is even more common among survivors of trauma who have to provide for their basic needs while on their recovery journey. I'm actually feeling burnt out myself, which is why I was inspired to record this episode. If you've ever wanted to know the psychology behind burnout, things to watch out for, and some skills to combat it, this is for you.
