Our first guest for 2024 is Prudencia Orridge MBE a Customs Fraud Lead in HMRC’s Fraud Investigation Service. Pru was born and grew up in Tanzania, before coming to the UK to complete her education. She has worked for HMRC for 18 years having joined at the lowest grade. Although she made early progress, she hit a glass ceiling but eventually broke that barrier. Find out how she did this and how focussing on discrimination brought about by events in the last two years, has shaped her working life.
