All FFA members have witnessed the impact of an ag teacher. They help with late night practices, encouragement before contests or shows, and truly help us grow. One individual who has done all the above and more is my ag teacher and FFA advisor Rocio Martinez. In this episode I chat with Mrs. Martinez about the hardships of this career, importance of agriculture education, the current ag teacher shortage, and her story.
