What do the senators and congressmen really do?  What is the difference between the two?  How will you know who's fit for the positions?  Atty. Erwin: "When I was a child, all of the officials look the same to me. When I became an attorney, that's when I realized the benefits of the people in society are different.  The functions are very much different."
