I know, I know - you don’t want to hear it…
But we’re coming to the end of August and the new academic year is now fast approaching.
Some schools have already started going back and those of us who haven’t are probably thinking about it.
Despite that bit of unwelcome news, I’m not actually here to get you to think about going back to school - in fact, I want to help you enjoy the end of your holiday!
Today I want to give you 3 reminders to help you in managing that back to school anxiety and to make the transition to term time as smooth as possible for you.
