Description

Impostor Syndrome is characterized by a set of feelings of self-doubt about one's skills, talents, and competence, and/or a persistent fear of being 'found out' or exposed as a 'fraud'. From time to time or throughout their career, academics suffer from Impostor Syndrome, forcing some to never reach their potential and others to leave academia altogether.
