Our 2nd coaching guest is Kayla Caruso, spiritual wellness coach, Reiki practitioner, and co-founder of CannaPride Lifestyle, an LGBTQ+ business that offers wellness services and sells premium CBD products. Kayla was just about to embark on a move from California to New York, and was oscillating between feeling gratitude and love for the place she used to live, and emotional blocks related to trauma healing from past relationships. We talk about the chakras (energy centers) that are being activated through the experience; and dive into a brief meditation. (For time's sake, dead air has been cut out.
