Ronnie,
- You have a new book out, Texas 1857: Birth of a Gunman: A Western Adventure; this follows behind several other crime-based thrillers. How did your law-enforcement history play into the stories of your many books?
- Now you are retired. What prompted you to use your retirement years to write and to write action thrillers in particular?
- Some of your older books on Amazon have 4.5 to 5-star reviews, with several saying how much they enjoy your writing style, the characters, and especially how you develop your heroes. Tell us about the protagonist in Birth of a Gunman, Johnny Cole.
- Since you are retired, you have the option to travel. Is there a particular location that fires up your writing juices, or can you write from anywhere?
- What if your book, Birth of a Gunman- became a movie, who would you like to see play your main characters?
- Is there anything else you would like to share?
